Tartus

Not much is known about Tartus. A worldwide name, this den of thieves and assassins, is assumed to be without a headquarters. Kingdoms around Andoria found none who would divulge its location, leadership, or any tidbit of information, leaving what is known to rumor and conjecture.

There are rumors in Briee of the guild hiding among their quiet hamlets, particularly Tarryton, a city known for houses of drinking and gambling. This, too, another rumor.
